Zorpill is a cloud-based pharmacy management platform that provides tools for inventory management, sales tracking, customer records, e-prescriptions, staff management, and related pharmacy operations ("Service").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any such changes.

Zorpill is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the plan rate in effect at the time of renewal.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials comprising the Zorpill platform are owned by or licensed to Zorpill and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Where Zorpill processes personal data on your behalf (e.g. patient or customer records), we act as a data processor and you act as the data controller. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining appropriate consent from your customers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Zorpill does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your pharmacy operations comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorpill and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
